New Price Structure


ALL SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE.

Cupcakes start at 1.00 per cupcake and must be ordered in sets of 20 ( 1 unit = 20 cupcakes). A unit is may only be one cake flavor and (when ordered, one filling flavor). For specialty cupcakes an additional charge based on complexity may be applied. For filled cupcakes, add .25 per cupcake and for fondant covered cupcakes add .50 to 1.00 extra per cupcake.

Cakes start at 1.00 per slice (based on 1 inch slices) for  a basic 2 layer cake frosted with basic design. For  specialty cakes an additional charge based on complexity may be applied. For filled cakes, add .25 per slice and for fondant covered cakes add .50 to 1.00 extra per slice.

My cake flavors are:
Chocolate
Red Velvet
White
Yellow
Carrot
Lemon

Fillings are .25 each per slice:
Cherry
Raspberry
Strawberry
Chocolate or Vanilla pudding (note that these MUST be refrigerated)
Buttercream (vanilla, grand marnier, amaretto, bourbon, specialty flavors on request for an additional charge of 10.00)

For the decoration I have 3 tiers of fondant to choose from:
1. "Bronze" fondant (marshmellowy flavor) .50 each cupcake it's "Fondex" by name and I have some in stock so I won't have to special rush order.
2. "Silver" fondant (MUST BE ORDERED 3 weeks in advance) .75 each cupcake subtle white chocolate flavor with a hint of vanilla. This is a mixture of the bronze fondant and the gold fondant which gives a nice taste and a nice texture at a modest cost.
3. "Gold" fondant (MUST BE ORDERED 3 weeks in advance) 1.00 each cupcake smooth white chocolate flavor, this is the BEST fondant on the market and the flavor is remarkable. I do have to special order this but it's generally worth the wait/cost as far as flavor is concerned. The name of the brand is "Elite" and it's a great product.
